Zero Waste means rethinking everything. It’s not so much a destination as it is a journey, a road map. It means thinking outside the blue box. It means acting like Nature, where every “waste product” is a resource. Being waste-free is in our name and in our souls. It’s our passion. As die-hard composters, we know first-hand that garbage is black gold. Waste is a misguided, man-made concept that does not exist in natural ecosystems where energy and nutrients are recycled. We are committed to being a Zero Waste company because Nature knows no waste and we think that the most sustainable way of doing business is to mimic Nature as closely as possible.
To us, being a ZW company means we will constantly:
- do better
- close the loop
- be innovative
- think globally, act locally
- imagine ourselves as part of an ecosystem
- reduce our footprint
- support cradle to cradle design
- consider the health of the soil for current and future generations
- eliminate the concept of waste
